Developed by Jigoro Kano in 1882, Judo focuses on maximum efficiency with minimum effort, using an opponent's strength and momentum against them. Practitioners (judokas) aim to throw, takedown, or submit their opponents using a combination of physical technique, strategy, and mental discipline.


Muay Thai is a traditional martial art and combat sport from Thailand, known for its powerful striking techniques using fists, feet, elbows, and knees. Often referred to as 'the art of eight limbs,' Muay Thai emphasizes physical conditioning, discipline, and mental toughness, making it a popular discipline for fitness, self-defense, and competition


Luta Livre is a Brazilian martial art and submission grappling style derived from Catch Wrestling that focuses on ground fighting, takedowns, and submission holds. Emphasizing technique over gi or uniform restrictions, Luta Livre practitioners (Lutadores) develop skills in wrestling, joint locks, and chokes, often competing in no-gi grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts events.
